Avatars (personal profile pictures) should be working now. Note that you must manually resize your file to fit within the size constraints (no larger than 100x100 pixels, and 15k) prior to uploading, or the system will reject it.
If you are still having problems, just email the file to me at info@gotatheism.com, and I will add it manually. (Don't forget to tell me your user name!)
